Meet The Founders
Anastasiya Kopteva
University of Houston
Anastasiya is currently studying marketing, dance, and creative work in the Honors College at the University of Houston. She is currently exploring the neural basis of creativity in her work with the Laboratory for Non-Invasive Brain-Machine Interface Systems. She is currently the PR chair of UH-IEEE and the Vice President of the Russian United Student Society. She aims to get her PhD in Neural Engineering.
Willie Caldwell
Virginia Tech • University of Michigan
Willie Caldwell is an interdisciplinary artist and arts administrator specializing in contemporary performance, arts integration, and transdisciplinary arts and design research within higher education. He explores these areas as a graduate fellow with the Moss Arts Center; the Institute for Creativity, Arts, and Technology; and the School of Performing Arts at Virginia Tech.
Tetyana Pyatovolenko
Penn State
Tetyana earned her master’s degree in cello performance from The Pennsylvania State University. Upon her recent graduation she plans to intern in Penn State's Office of Development.
Bailey Barrow
University of Alabama - Birmingham
Bailey is a student at University of Alabama at Birmingham seeking a BFA in Art Studio, concentrating in Graphic Design. She plans to obtain a Master's degree in Interactive Media and hopes to one day teach at a research university while creating art that has an impact on society.
Cima Khademi
University of Alabama - Birmingham
Cima Khademi is a Studio Art major in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program with a concentration in Painting. Khademi is interested in combining traditional and digital arts to create interesting visuals and animations that connect to viewers in different ways. She plans to attain a masters degree in animation and hopes to work as an animator in the future.
